 CARA MEMBUAT AYAM GEPREK Sejarah Ayam Geprek Sebelum kamu mencoba membuat Ayam Geprek di rumah, perlu kamu tahu bahwa Ayam Geprek pertama kali di buat di Yogyakarta pada tahun 2003. Tepatnya pencipta Ayam Geprek ini adalah ibu Ruminah yang berasal dari Kampung Papringan, Yogyakarta. Sebelum berjualan Ayam Geprek, ibu Ruminah dulunya adalah seorang penjual lotek dan soto. Namun semenjak 15 tahun lalu ibu Ruminah memutuskan berjualan ayam tepung.Ide memberikan nama Ayam Geprek sendiri tersebut berasal dari permintaan salah satu mahasiswa pelanggannya yang berasal dari Kudus, Jawa Tengah. Mahasiswa tersebut meminta menambahkan sambal pada ayam tepung yang ia jual dan menyebutnya dengan ayam gejrot atau ayam ulek. Tapi, kemudian ibu Ruminah memberikan nama menu tersebut dengan Ayam Geprek.
